  • This was my first experience for a personal chef and Collin set the bar high. We were visiting from out of town and renting an AirBnB, so we had no idea what the kitchen had to offer. Collin was very creative using what little kitchen supplies there were at the rental. Such a wonderful meal and cocktails to pair. I would highly recommend Collin for any occasion. The food was delicious and Collin was a pleasure to work with.

  • Chef Collin was fantastic - great menu, easy to work with, showed up on time, cleaned up everything before he left - but seriously, the food! Every course he made was perfection and it was easily one of the best meals I have ever had. (Lobster roll, tuna ahi crudo, green thai curry miso black cod, and roasted bananas w/ vanilla cake, coffee ice cream and salted caramel). Oh yeah, and he made accommodations for the one vegan in our group.) Highly recommend!!!

We also had a few little kids around that were really interested in cooking and Chef Collin was so kind and generous to entertain them.
